With the increasingly high requirements on the structure of space and span, steel structure because of its beautiful appearance and mechanical characteristics of reasonable and favorable economy, has obtained the fast development in our country, especially the spatial steel tube truss and steel frame structure for its good bearing capacity and stability performance in the modern industrial plants, warehouses, gymnasium, exhibition hall, the venue, the terminal building, station and other large construction has been widely applied.Structure design this paper to aluminum ore yard proof shelter as the background, the load-bearing structure with steel pipe frame, frame beams and columns are used spatial truss form triangular cross section. Using the software PKPM and large-scale general finite element analysis software ANSYS respectively the internal force analysis and the cast steel node analysis of bearing capacity of structure analysis, specific as follows:(1) Put forward the design principle and the theoretical basis of pipe truss structure.(2) By using PKPM software, established the 3D model of steel frame structure, and has carried on the detailed analysis of internal force.(3) Using finite element analysis software ANSYS, established the frame beam, column steel pipe truss pieces connected node model. Analysis of steel castings for various positions of the stress state, to determine the bearing capacity of steel castings.
