Glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c) has many influence on the human body, and science has proved that it has close relationship with diabetes and complications. Through measuring the percentage of HbA1 c content of hemoglobin content can reflect the average level of blood sugar which reflects the past 2-3 months. The HbA1 c analyzer is a instrument which used to detect the HbA1 c in blood that reflects the level of reaction of hemoglobin with a content of the degree of glucose binding.Modern medical measurement technology is developing toward to the direction of highly intelligent, automation, integrated, modular, computeried. This paper researched and designed a automatic HbA1 c analyzer system based on ARM(STM32) and the embedded operating system μC/OS-II. The automatic HbA1 c analyzer system adopts the method of modular design, and the system can be divided into 3 parts: the automatic sampling module,the photoelectric detection module and the data analysis & processing module. The function of the automatic sampling module is that reading information from bar code, automatic sampling, mixing sample and reagent, etc; The photoelectric detection module is the core of analyzer system, which is designed the HbA1 c detector to test the content of HbA1 c based on absorptiometry and ion exchange chromatography, the module includes a LED light source, constant temperature control system, capable of transmitting a fixed wavelength and based on photoelectric diode and logarithmic amplifier light detection system; Data processing and analysis module use the STM32 as hardware platform, the central processing including SDRAM, SD card, CAN bus, LCD display and capacity touch panel. On the basis of the central processing unit(CPU), we completed the sampling control system, A/D conversion, test analysis and design circuit of printing, displaying, data storage.The system makes full use of the advantage of STM32 such high performance, low cost, low power consumption and combined it with the embedded operating system μC/OS-II which has strong ability file management, these make analyzer has had high degree of automation,high sensitivity, simple operation, strong real-time performance, as well as good human-computer interaction.Finally, during the testing phase of the system, it is proved that the system meets the the requirements of automatic HbA1 c analyzer by debugging the software and hardware system.
