Glycated hemoglobin analyzer(GHA) is an instrument used to measure the combined level of hemoglobin and glucose which is a good diabets index. It has great clinical significance since it provide the doctor reliable basis for diagnosis and treatment. This paper completed the GHA software based on the powerful hardware and facile mechanics. The modular architecture of the software was completed. The communication protocol of CAN bus was designed for addressing the frame type and each module. Step motor control program which conform the law of acceleration-constant speed-deceleration was designed by the reloaded timer through the DMA controller to change the time interval of pulse for precise step control. The temperature control software with fuzzy adaptive PID algorithm to overcome the temperature inertia was programmed for the thermostatic environment to ensure the test accuracy and the sample activity. The A/D sampling program with the photo-diode data through 12-bit A/D converter was devoloped to complete the digital analysis in the law of Lambert-Beer. UCGUI graphics support system was transplanted to the hardware that making it not only easy for the GUI design and reducing development cycle, but also more convenient for operation and observation. The uCOS-II real-time operating system was adopted to realize multi-task switching and scheduling and to improve the real-time response of tasks. FATFS file system and uIP protocol stack was transplanted to achieve the document management, data storage and network communications. The function of software is proved accurately through the simulation and operation.
