Intelligent Designation And Multifunctional Integration For Residential District

Our country is in the period of rapid urbanization now. With the rise of the people’s living standards, the safety, comfort and convenience of traditional residential district couldn’t meet people’s demand any more. People have urgent requirements of the information, intelligent, multi-function integrated of the district is urgent needed. Intelligent district is a combination of modern residential district and building technology. And it is the development direction of modern district.This paper analyzes the current development of domestic and foreign intelligence district, describes the current state standards, and introduces the composition of intelligent residential district. At present, the area of intelligent systems include security systems, information services, management systems, information network system, fire alarm and fire linkage system. The problem needed be solved is how to design multifunction integrated and to realize the intelligent. This paper designed a multi-functional integration and intelligent residential district system, aims at former problems, by integrating the existing computer technology, communication technology, control technology and information technology,The paper is as follow:1.The design of information services and management systems of the residential district, including construction equipment monitoring system, four tables remote transmission system, parking management system and public broadcasting system. d2. The design of the residential district of information network systems, including computer networks and cable television systems.3. The design of the residential district of fire alarm and fire linkage control systems.4. The design of the residential district of security systems, including CCTV, perimeter protection systems, electronic patrol system and video intercom system.The optimization and association of the communications, services, management of residential district, provide a good and comfortable modern living environment for residential tenants.
