| Urban water system is the base of existing and development and the organic component of the overall urban space framework, which embodies the unban sources, ecological environment and the space landscape quality. The large scale development of Caofeidian starts from the marine reclamation. Covering 200 km2 and with flat terrain, it can fulfill multiple function targets such as flood control, drainage, water storage, navigation, scape and ecologic environment through construction of water system. This paper aims to offer some reference to the waster development and construction in coastal cities especially the new cities by reclamation.Taking scientific and reasonable, economic and practical as well as energy efficient principles, this paper probes makes the guidance solution the actual problems and difficulties confronting the water system planning and construction and works out the guiding water system design and implementation plan through Integrated application of multidisciplinary knowledge, collecting and analyzing document literature and on-spot investigation. Main achievements as follow:(1)It is presented that the damp-proof systems respectively establish with proper form and size based on the damp-proof requirements and implementation conditions in different function areas.(2)It is presented in this paper that by considering the regularity of ebb and flow, the flood in the river channel shall be drained by gravity to the fullest extent possible to reduce the cost of construction and operation of the brake pump facilities and as well as the scale and relevant parameters.(3)New water sources shall be positively developed by creating the storage conditions for the rainwater and reclaimed water.(4)The culture demand of each function land piece is deeply explored and the river section fits with the culture activities is studied.(5)Based on the condition of river water treatment in Caofeidian, the plan of constructed wetland treatment combined with rain precipitation is presented.(6)The inland navigable waters layout is presented in this paper with the Navigable water level standard, navigation bridge scale standard to meet the requirement of water transportation and tourism and to enhance the charm of Caofeidian.(7)Water system plan can meet the comprehensive functions requirements such as tide prevention, land drainage, flood drainage, storage and utility of rainwater water purification and the yacht navigation. |
