In recent years, with the emergence of new materials and the improvement of manufacturing technology, hydraulic transmission technology have got rapid development. High pressure plunger pump is based on water medium sea water hydraulic transmission system and it is at the core of the power components.Plunger pair is the key to its friction pair, running in the lubrication effect is very poor water feature. Because of the special physical and chemical properties of water medium, and high speed, the operating mode of overload, easy to make the friction pair by reason of corrosion, wear and failure, and there will be serious impact on the normal operation of the axial piston pumps high pressure water and service life. Is improved in order to enhance the axial plunger pump high pressure water and friction pair of corrosion resistance, wear resistance method mainly uses the new material, new technology, and improve the material hardness and surface coating, while the new materials and new technology research has achieved great success, but there is a big difficulty to improve the wear resistance materials. In this paper, using the bionic non-smooth surface effect to improve the friction pair of drag reduction, viscosity, lubrication and wear resistant performance has great potential.Firstly, according to the actual working condition of the plunger vice and working characteristics, the bionic non-smooth surface reference to the plunger vice, this paper improves traditional plunger vice, introduced in the cylinder sleeve structure with biomimetic units.Secondly, Through the spiral groove hole shape bionic non-smooth surface plunger vice water film on the modeling analysis of using Fluent simulation to study the water film load-bearing characteristics. Mainly analyzed the plunger speed, water film thickness, work pressure, hole spacing and plunger eccentric on the bearing characteristics of the water film.Additionally, On different structure forms of bionic non-smooth surface are numerically simulated, respectively, through the analysis of the bionic unit size, depth and the transverse and longitudinal spacing on the bearing characteristics of the water film.Finally, Based on different types of bionic non-smooth surface of the optimal structure is in a low voltage, high pressure, eccentric respectively the numerical simulation modeling, analysis of the bearing capacity of the water film, the size of the viscous resistance and leakage to determine the optimal bionic structure.
