CDM is one transaction, by which obtain emission reduction credits generated by low-cost.The annual greenhouse gas emissions coming from buildings accounts for the total global emissions about 1/4, but few CDM projects of energy-saving building for emission reduction registered successfully in executive board. China is the country with largest potential for CDM emission reductions, as well as the Developing country with greatest demand for building construction.
