| The automotive industry in China makes a big development in recent years, market demand grows every day, but some enterprises are lack of core technology, independent brand automobile lacks confidence because of bad integration impression, so in the fierce competition it has formed a trend of paying attention to user research and experience design. At the same time, user experience research related theory and technology have been developing rapidly, which provides possibility for new research.According to the difficulty of getting user’s potential emotional needs, we study psychological cognition, and clarify the perception mechanism of user how to get the product information, qualitative analysis the interaction between user and product experience. We put forward a new conception of product usage scenarios, introduce the detail about the composition and classification, and define it with formula. Then we analysis the impact of product usage scenarios on products, users and the interactive process, discusses the pattern of how to wake up the demand that might make effective.We propose a user experience evaluation method driven by product use scenario, and deconstruct and reconstruct of the scene. A matching analysis of the corresponding model and algorithm has built. Before forming the test and evaluation methods, according to the planning of the basic requirements of products and make a description of the specification, we input in the form of parameters. Companies need to get related product material or questions and evaluation index for test. And then system begins to automatic match according to the type and parameters, at last formed a set of test and evaluation of reasonable scheme. According to the basic theory and related method, we analysis and design to develop an APP for user experience test evaluation method. This paper introduces the function module, development process and important details of the APP. Through the development of function module, successfully simulated usage scenarios and combine it with questions and evaluation index. At last we design experimental process to test and evaluate a vehicle. After analyzing the data, we get demand for the product about which detail needs to get improvement. Experimental results proved that this method is effective and reliable. |
