With the development of science and technology,people's demand for distance measurement tools from contact to non-contact,and the rapid development of laser technology,making use of semiconductor laser non-contact ranging method to achieve.Compared with the traditional ranging technology,Laser ranging technology has a series of advantages of high accuracy,good alignment,strong anti-interference ability,plays a vital role in remote sensing,precision measurement,engineering construction,safety monitoring,intelligent control and other fields.In order to solve the problem of measurement accuracy is not high,the domestic laser ranging instrument measurement range not far,taking into account the cost and power consumption,short-range portable high precision laser ranging system,this thesis provides a low power consumption.In this paper,based on the principle of pulsed laser ranging,the overall scheme of the laser ranging system is constructed.In the hardware design,the laser ranging system uses TI's low-power microprocessor MSP430FR4133 as the core controller of each module and the echo signal processor.NE555 is composed of high speed switching transistor and resistance capacitance device to form a boost circuit,which provides the necessary driving voltage for the laser transmitting circuit and the receiving circuit of the echo signal.High frequency triode resistance capacitance component signal to realize the collocation of echo signal amplifying and filtering circuit.8 bit high speed ADC ADC08B200 as the data sampling device to achieve through the echo signal amplification filter after A/D sampling and data cache.LCD as the display function of distance measurement.In the software design,the dynamic power management approach,save the energy consumption of the system.The soft threshold mode to detect the echo signal,improve the measurement distance.Using averaging multiple measurements,reduce the measurement fluctuation,improve the measurement accuracy.According to the design scheme of the system,a portable laser ranging system with low power consumption,high measuring accuracy and far distance is developed.After testing,the system can meet the requirements of the following functions: measuring distance,maximum measuring range of up to 700m;the measuring accuracy is high,the error range can reach ±1m when 700 m measurement.Safety.Low power consumption,the power consumption is less than 600 mW.Small volume,easy to carry.Stable work.According to the test results of the system,it meets the requirements of the demand side.At the end of the paper,the work is summarized and prospected.With the further development of the work,it is hoped that the portable laser ranging system with low power consumption can be realized,which has the advantages of higher measuring distance,higher measurement accuracy and more humanization.
