The Invesitigationand Research Of Distributed Rural House Type Plane In Chongqing,Yongchuan

With the acceleration of the new countryside construction,farmers living standard is improving day by day,and rural residential construction and infrastructure, environmental health has improved significantly.There are some problems about rural house construction which is closely related to the daily lives,mainly reflected in the rural house type plane can’t meet the famer’s production and living needs.There appears some city villa apartment and concentrated upstairs which cant’s meet the characteristics of rural residential houses.The main reason is that more designers from the point of view of their own life experience and the city city living needs, ignoring the relationship between the rural house and the farmers’ production and living.Therefore, the guide of rural houseconstructionshould base on the full understanding of the use of local farmers.First designers should learn the relationship between the production and living needs of farmers and rural houses,and some advantages of rural houses which were built by local farmers,as to improve some unreasonable aspects.And then desinger can give some good guides on the rural huose so as to improve the living quality of farmers.The traditional rural house is mainly distributed,and it is still the mainstream of rural house constructionfor a long period of time in the future.So this dissertation focus on the house type of distributed rural house to invesitigation and research on.This paper first made a general exposition about current situation of rural construction and reviews about existing researches both in China and abroad. and defined the research target and also lays out research methods and framework.The 2 Chapters mainly consist of typical case research and analysis,using the way of investigations to the actual state of some rural house.First, statistics and analysis of 25 selected Yongchuan decentralized rural house sample on family population, industry,space organization and each functional space,so as to learning the similarities and differences of the rural house type and the reason for that.And then comparing the rural house which were buit by the residents or others to the atlas,so as to learning the real need of the famers on the rural house and the development trend of rural house.The third part is mainly about the analysis of design from three aspects, policy factors, material and construction technology and the resident.The resident is the core of the house type design,mainly dissussing the living habits so as to provide basis for the design.The last part is mainly about practice.Based on The Atlas for Chongqing Yongchuan Rural House,we try to provide 8 rural house types to meet different life needs,which are flexible and operable for Yongchuan.
