Research On The Practice Of Peasant Self-build House Type Design In Nanjing

The society is constantly improving,the country is also developing rapidly,and the country's attention to the countryside is getting higher and higher.In the course of construction,the theoretical guidance and technical practice of peasant housing construction still lag far behind the construction speed,and it is necessary to continuously improve the relevant technical guidance and theoretical research on rural housing problems.Based on the investigation of the current situation of rural areas,this paper studies,analyzes and summarizes the problems in rural housing construction.By participating in the "Atlas of Attraction Design Plan for Farmers' Housing Types in Nanjing",the author analyzes some of the current status of residential buildings in Nanjing and surrounding areas,and analyzes some existing phenomena and problems in the current situation.The full text is divided into five chapters: The first chapter introduces the research background of the subject,analyzes the current situation of farmers' housing in China,Nanjing and surrounding areas,the purpose and significance of the research,and proposes the research framework of this paper.The second chapter interprets the design task book of the peasant housing package plan in Nanjing,investigates the five villages around Nanjing,analyzes the composition of the village,the main components of the farm house,the external form and structure of the house,and builds the self-built for the farmers.The housing atlas provides design basis.The third chapter,the analysis of housing type design,enumerates one key sets,specifically analyzes the technical indicators such as house area,building area,building density,building height,etc.,and explains the function of the plane in detail;The diversified design of construction and construction methods was analyzed in detail,and the sustainable transformation of building functions was discussed and studied.The fourth chapter,the application strategy of the housing set guide program atlas,discusses the three important factors of policy guidance,design guidance and construction guidance for farmers in the later period.The fifth chapter summarizes the research conclusions of this paper and summarizes and reflects on the project.The whole text is about 3.1 million words,and 47 charts and 2 tables.
