Since 2005, the state proposed the building of a new socialist countryside, the building of a new socialist countryside boom across the country. A large number of new rural communities have sprung up, the living environment and life style of the new excitation of the majority of farmers yearning for a new life, But also makes the traditional sense of "born and died in the same place",the concept of village is also changing. The villagers were uprooted from a familiar environment, relocated to the new environment, the original village organization structure and the social relations network is weakened. Coupled with the urbanization of rural areas, farmers gradually leave from the farm, the rural population transfer to the city, resulting in the rural hollowing increasingly; The villagers behavior and family oriented concept of modernization, but also makes the interpersonal relationship in the modern rural society tends to be loose and diversity between villagers, rural social contacts and exchanges become more and more important. Therefore to explore the rural villagers’ social behavior and the neighborhood communication space is very meaningful at present.According to the investigation, the Nanlin village and the newly built No.1 Settlements in Nanlin Village Xiwai Township as the research object research. First of all, through the analysis of behavior characteristics of natural villages in the neighborhood association, summed up the rural community neighborhood communication mode and type. Furthermore, through the comparison of the rural community neighborhood communication space and urban neighborhood space, summed up the spatial pattern of rural neighborhood communication space, according to investigation of the spatial model, put forward the strategy of the construction of neighborhood communication space mode.Based on the above analysis, this paper takes the design of the no.2 settlements in Nanlin village, Xiwai town as an example, the strategies for creating the neighborhood space model by using more specific. The design is a demonstration site of the "twelfth five-year" national science and technology support plan projects " Chengdu-Chongqing urban and rural area as a whole villages and towns intensive construction key technology and demonstration". In this paper, the design is based on the implementation of the case on the case, try to be the neighborhood space mode of thinking to further deepen, applied to a whole new rural communities. And author hope that through this design concept, to try to explore a new way to design, to rediscover the value of social relation network in rural areas, and the reconstruction of rural social neighborhood, bring new vitality to the new rural community.
