Study On Organic Renewal Strategy Of Road Traffic Facilities In Historical And Cultural Village In Taihang Mountain

Since 2003, the protection of historical and cultural towns and villages have been paid more and more attention, the government have issued a series of policy measures, by grasping the number, type, distribution, value and survival of the state, enacted the "Historical and cultural city town village protection ordinance", in order to better protect and preserve the historical and cultural village of our country. On the other hand, our country vigorously carry out the new rural construction, the construction of rural roads plays an important role in improving the people’s living standards, improving the rural living environment, promoting the development of rural economy. This article is precisely launches the research under such background.Road traffic facilities is the skeleton of the village. Through the long historical baptism, The road traffic facilities of Taihang mountain historical and cultural village have formed its own unique style, it’s rich forms, pleasant scale, strong local flavor all left deep impression to humans. Unfortunately, due to the changes of social production and life style and the progress of engineering technology, resulting in a conflict between traditional road transport facilities and requirements of modern people, how to well preserved their characteristic style and meet the villagers modernization demands of life, is an urgent problem to address. This paper summarizes the characteristics and protection of Taihang mountain historical and cultural village, on the basis of in-depth analysis the characteristics of the value, adaptability and existing problems of historical and cultural village road traffic facilities, building the value evaluation system of traditional road traffic facilities, and dividing the evaluation results into three levels, proposing the corresponding protection recycling mode for the appropriate level: authenticity protection mode, protection recycle mode and update reuse recycle mode. Meanwhile, this paper propose coordinated development strategies for external traffic which has been built through the villages or planned to construct of historical and cultural village, for the internal road traffic facilities, mainly from the streets, parking lots and bus stations three aspects put forward coordinated development and planning strategies.
