Research On Planning Strategy Of Themountain In Zhangzhou Development Zone Based On Visual Landscape Resources Evaluation

Landscape is a cognition of the observer through sensory activity on an area landscape. It is the foundation which is the development of social economy. Visual landscape resources as equal to other natural resources for people, it is frequently ignored by people. Since reform and opening up, more and more scenic spots are developing and constructing in the economic interests of the driven. The ecological destruction, visual problems such as environmental pollution and resource waste is becoming more and more prominent. The original landscape resources suffer from the serious destruction which is unable to restore. Therefore, the environmental evaluation for each specific project appeared. Landscape evaluation not only plays an active role in visual environment protection, cultivation, but also provide a basis for suitability evaluation of construction projects.Based on a lot of reading literature theory and practical experience abroad, on the basis of combining with our country existing achievements, through the investigation, sorting and analysis into the system of visual landscape resources, landscape resources of Zhangzhou development zone has a new interpretation on the visual quality. In this paper, Analysis and evaluation are in progress from two aspects of visual landscape resources of the study area. One is external visual landscape resources in mountainous region. The content of the evaluation is Visual Visibility; the other is visual landscape resources evaluation inside of the mountain. The content of the evaluation are Visual Absorption Capacity and Visual Sensitivity. From the two levels to establish the theoret ical framework of visual landscape resources comprehensive evaluation in three aspects. Combined with conventional evaluation methods, GIS technology, and explore a multidimensional combination of quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods.Paper explored how to comprehensively evaluate the visual landscape resources in feasible way. Finally the paper puts forward three levels of planning strategies. They are the emphasis of mountain landscape planning of mountain landscape resources integrity(macro), improving the environment of mountain landscape attraction(medium) and making the mountain landscape nodes of interest(micro).It is to provide feasible suggestions and basis about the visual landscape resources protection and planning of Zhangzhou d evelopment zone.
