Rotor unbalance and vibration is the main cause of mechanical failure, the market there have been many for monitoring the status of the mechanical operation, modified dynamic balance instrument, but these sensing devices are mostly based on PC platform are generally larger testing equipment, unable to adapt to the increasingly complex scene in the production environment. So this paper presents a design scheme of portable dynamic balancing and vibration signal analysis instrument based on embedded technology. The main content of this paper is to design a portable dynamic balance and vibration analysis instrument hardware and software, hardware and software platforms in ARM+Linux on the rapid development of portable dynamic balance and vibration signal analysis, the main contents are: firstly, analysis of the current situation in the research field of dynamic balance and vibration signal and background at home and abroad, then introduces the structure this paper; followed by the introduction of rigid rotor dynamic balancing theory analysis algorithm and some commonly used vibration signal; then the hardware design of the circuit part of the dynamic balance and vibration signal analysis instrument portable, mainly is carries on the design of signal treatment circuit, involves charge amplifier, band-pass filter, programmable amplifier circuit the design and implementation of software; part of the models are discussed, a detailed introduction of each part of the software; finally through the experiment, the vibration signal was collected and analyzed using the design of the equipment, and the double face dynamic balance test, verify the performance of this design is good.
