Abstract/Summary:
Housing security is one of the most important part of social security, it has respect to social stability and development, and it has become the focus of scholars research these years.During the " 12 th Five-Year Plan " period,our country plans to build 36 million units of indemnificatory houses.In the face of such a large volume of construction, There is an important significance that in-depth understanding of the fundamental requirements of the users, exploring relative indemnificatory housing comfort level which satisfied the low cost construction and humanistic care, design and construct the evaluation conforms to the situation of low-income housing standards.Ling Nan district is one of China’s most typical environment of regional climate characteristics and cultural characteristics. Guangzhou and Shenzhen:the representative city of Ling Nan region, are China’s earliest established the city low-income housing security,housing security work has been walking in the forefront of the country, after twenty years of development,has made some achievements.In this paper, the research object is the indemnificatory houses in Ling Nan district,from the perspective of the subjective needs of tenants, with environmental psychology,Maslow demand theory and sociology perspective, in-depth understanding of the demand by indemnificatory housing tenement in Ling Nan district.Then I use hierarchical analysis of security intention to grasp the connotation, and try to find out relative comfort level of indemnificatory housing.I wish to explore the security of image in Lin Nan district characteristics of directivity design and relative comfort evaluation system.
