Research On The Surface Design Of Lingnan Indemnificatory Housing Base On The Regional Adaptability

The indemnificatory housing projects to improve the national living conditions is a major livelihood projects, which is related to the harmonious development of the national economy and society. In recent years, with the energetic efforts of the national government, the indemnification projects have developed rapidly, and the scale of construction of indemnificatory housing continues to expand, therefore the national living conditions have been greatly improved. However,since the research of indemnificatory housing design is still starting,the theory in the construction is not enough, especially in the regional adaptability design.As an important part of the national housing system,indemnificatory housing is affected deeply by the region habitat environmental factors. Moreover, indemnificatory housing usually have to face more severe environmental conflicts, for example, unfavorable toward, compact layout, high-density settlements, missing humanities and so on, which are making affects on the indemnificatory housing surface.Therefore, this thesis takes the surface of indemnificatory housing in Lingnan district as the research objects, and focuses on the applicability of the surface with the natural environment, the social environment, and the indemnificatory housing dwellers.Firstly, we will begin in a pilot study of indemnificatory housing surface from three directions include construction, environment and people, summarize the features of surface design, Lingnan environment and indemnificatory housing living; Then, under the learn of Lingnan traditional building strategies and the modern green technology, we will analyze the basic structure of surface and the strategies of passive energy efficiency; Simultaneously, on the basis of factor analysis, we will evaluate the surface-space and observe the spatial usage and subjective tendencies, in order to find the surface-space usage patterns satisfied with the using propensity of dwellers; Finally we will summarize the overall design strategy of the indemnificatory housing surface in Lingnan district which can adapt to regional environment and the times, go further to put forward the regional adaptability design pattern and the design guideline.
