Research On The Linkage Mechanism Of Contract Performance Of Project Bidding Based On Game Theory

With the vigorous development of China's market economy,engineering construction projects are changing with each passing day,and new development directions are constantly emerging.However,the pace of adjustment and revision of relevant laws is still too slow,and the relevant systems are still not perfect.During the construction of the project,problems in the implementation of the contract content have become increasingly fierce.The parties to the contract did not fully consider the overall objectives of the project,and seized the loopholes in the law to seek their own interests,resulting in an increasing number of contract dispute cases,and also a lot of losses to the construction of the project.In the field of engineering construction,there are many practical projects.The uniqueness of the subject matter of the contract and the complexity of the relationship between the subjects involved led to confusion in the overall interface of the contract.In the terms of the contract,the uncertainty of rights and interests and the confusion of the contractual relationship make the parties to the contract often fall into quarrels and contradictions,which leads to the loss of control over project management such as quality,schedule and safety.Because in the engineering construction project,the contract management of the owner is at the core of the contract management of the entire project,which fundamentally affects the success or failure of the entire project.In the engineering construction project,the contract management of the owner is at the core of the contract management of the entire project,which fundamentally determines the success or failure of the entire project.What the owner can do to strengthen the contract management and ensure the project schedule,quality,cost,safety and other goals.It is an important issue that is urgently solved in the field of construction engineering to realize the strategic goals of the project and the enterprise while ensuring the maximization of its own interests and to ensure cooperation and win-win cooperation.First of all,game theory is used to study the decision-making of subject behavior under the influence of each other and the equilibrium problem brought by this decision.Due to information asymmetry between the project owner and the contractor and the incomplete contract,the owner cannot accurately obtain information about the contractor's efforts and capabilities.The contractor may have an opportunistic behavioral tendency to harm the potential interests of the owner.Therefore,the gametheory method can be used to analyze the contract strategy between the owner and the contractor,and analyze the behavior strategies of the owners and contractors in the face of changes in construction time,cost,quality and other factors.Then,in order to achieve the ultimate goal of cooperation and win-win cooperation between the owner and the contractor,a profit analysis is performed on the change of the behavior strategy between the owner and the contractor.The owner and the contractor are the main research subjects to discuss whether the behavior of the contractor(owner)needs to be changed in the case of changes in the behavior of the owner(contractor).Through the analysis of the impact of earnings and the overall analysis of the maximum returns of the owners and contractors,the behavioral strategies with the greatest benefit from both parties are finally obtained.Finally,this paper establishes the linkage mechanism between the owners and contractors in the contract performance process,and analyzes the basis,conditions and relationship between the linkage mechanism.Through the game analysis of the selection of the linkage mechanism,the simulation analysis of the game model is carried out by using MATLAB,which further enhances the credibility of the game conclusion.The establishment of the internal and external security system of the linkage mechanism ensures the compliance and standardization of the operation of the linkage mechanism.Although this paper is based on the theory,it is of great significance to standardize the contract performance behavior of engineering construction projects and explore new ways of cooperation.
