The Research Of Building Automation Management Based-on BIM

In the current society, with the continuous development of science and economy, especially the rapid development of construction market, more and more information contains in the project. And at the same time is a substantial increase in the number of deepening design, that of course a waste of time.First BIM model is established by using Revit software in this paper, analysis the combine between BIM technology and building automation management. When dealing with an emergency, building automation technology is used to find the scene of the accident first, and then by QR code scanning methods such as BIM model are used to get the specific information, thus improving the efficiency of emergency greatly. The second put the model into PyroSim disaster simulation, and using the Pathfinder software adopts the model of Steering mode and SFPE evacuation simulation. Through the simulation of BIM technology in building automation management application feasibility and the superiority, by simulating the experimental data can be well conducted fire evacuation plan making, optimization, the drill and the field work, this experiment provide an important basis for management and rescue personnel. Finally study BIM technology application in operations management phase of the building energy conservation, use of BIM model simulate the power consumption Analysis diagram in Ecotect Analysis on management guidance, achieve energy saving buildings in operation and maintenance phase. Therefore, for the problem, this paper hopes through the research——The Research of Building Automation Management Based-on BIM to explore a solution.
