Building Energy Consumption Analysis And Typical Case Study Based On BIM Technology

Building energy efficiency is one of the important issues for sustainable development.Under the current market economy conditions,it is essential for the evaluation of building energy saving technology integration.At present,a lot of research work has been carried out at home and abroad,but it is not perfect,especially in our country,the theory of building project integration and the optimization of building energy saving scheme based on technical and economic theories are comparatively weak,especially quantitative analysis.With the rise and development of BIM technology in the construction industry,combined with the BIM technology,the design,the budget software continues to mature.BIM technology has solved the problem of information sharing in the whole life cycle of real estate development projects,so that each stage and the participating parties can realize the dynamic sharing and exchange of engineering data.Based on the analysis of energy saving and energy saving,this paper introduces BIM technology to build the BIM model of the whole life cycle of the project.Based on BIM technology,combined with engineering examples,this paper based on BIM technology in the design of building energy consumption analysis in the early stage of design,starting from the architectural design and construction design,based on the theory of energy consumption analysis,combined with the design of the building itself,to explore the BIM technology in building energy saving design,scientific and reasonable design method.Analyzing the process and existing problems of the traditional building energy consumption analysis,combined with the method of BIM building energy consumption analysis,summarized the advantages of BIM energy saving analysis technology in the early stage of architectural design,and through the BIM technology in the construction scheme of auxiliary energy saving design strategy research,proposed the purpose of this phase of energy consumption analysis of the design scheme.In Liaoning city construction of ecological energy saving experimental building of Career Technical College as the actual case to carry out the practical application research,thus demonstrating the feasibility of using BIM energy analysis technology for sustainable design.The energy saving design of the building is designed by BIM technology.The aim is to design the building energy efficiency as the goal of building energy efficiency by using BIM as the goal,and show how the BIM technology can support the sustainable design in architectural design phase.
