In recent years, with the prosperous development of construction industry, the construction enterprises are also enjoying a boom. Nowadays as the construction enterprises are on the way to developing on a large scale, the competitions among enterprises is fiercer than ever. Therefore, under the background of increasing requirement in the quality of the projects from society, a lot of issues should be pondered when the enterprises try to be invincible in the market. Interest---the core issue requires the construction enterprises to broaden the sources of income and reduce expenditure, improving the level of management to control the cost, so as to achieve the goal of maximizing the interests. Construction enterprise benefit maximization as the goal of the paper, comprehensive engineering multiobjective optimization research is provided. the main work is as follows:First, by analysising the current research on multi-objective optimization of engineering in China, the meaning of carrying out multi-objective optimization based on the perspective of construction enterprise has been made clear. Construction enterprises are the implementations of the project, are the most direct and powerful promoters of multi-objective optimization applications, they play a very important role in the process of construction objective optimization. In order to improve the degree of attention of construction enterprise on the multi-objective optimization, enhance the enthusiasm by which the construction enterprises use the theory of multiple objective optimizations to improve the allocation of resources.Second, by analysising the relationship between the environment and safety with the cost, the model of engineering multi-objective comprehensive optimization is established. Safety and cost, environment and cost model is set up by analysising relationship among the safety, environment and other objectives; perplexing relationship among the safety, environment and other objectives are clarified; the problem of objective quantitative including safety and environment is solved. A multi-objective optimization model is set up based on the perspective of the construction enterprise.Finally, the model is calculated with genetic algorithm and proved by an actual example. By analysising the characteristics of the model and the shortages of traditional multi-objective optimization algorithm, then the genetic algorithm is selected as the calculation of the model. The MATLAB 7.5 software is used on the solution of genetic algorithm, under the circumstance that ensuring the quality, safety cost, environment cost, the feasibility of the model is verified by the way shortening reasonable construction period to seek maximum benefits.Not only a new idea for multi-objective optimization of construction is provided, but also the theory of safety and environment quantitative is enriched and developed. A scientific guidance for the production of construction enterprise is provided, so that the enthusiasm of the construction enterprises can be effectively mobilized.
