| In the context of the development of low-carbon eco-city and residential areas,the optimization of outdoor thermal environment in settlements has become an important issue for the mitigation of urban heat island(UHI)and the construction of high-level residential areas.On the one hand,existing research shows that the urban temperature is increasing year by year,and the UHI’s effect is becoming more and more serious.As an important part of the city,the outdoor thermal environment optimization in residential areas is conducive to alleviating the UHI.On the other hand,as an important outdoor activity place,settlement’s quality is closely related to the physical and mental health of residents.For example,the southern regions of China have higher requirements for summer heat protection,and optimizing the outdoor thermal environment in such areas can improve the residents’ outdoor activity comfort.In this way,residents’ interest in outdoor activities can be stimulated,helping residents improve their physical fitness.In addition,a comfortable outdoor thermal environment can reduce the utilization rate of air conditioners,which is conducive to reducing the overall energy consumption of the city.Taking Xiamen City as an example,this paper discusses the layout types of high-rise residential group and the mechanism of outdoor thermal environment impact.It is expected that the principles of morphology control of residential building groups will be obtained,thus helping the design of residential areas in the coastal areas of southeast Fujian.First,this paper reviews and summarizes the current layout type achievements and limitations through the literature,and replace the general empirical design through the PDCA design process to redefine the layout type delimitation standards.Second,the general situation of Xiamen high-rise residential area layout and basic climate characteristics of the city are obtained through field research,consultation and other methods,so as to provide data basis for the next ideal experiment.Third,the method for evaluation and indicators of outdoor thermal environment are reviewed.Based on the evaluation idea of replacing absolute threshold judgment with relative comparison,the comprehensive assessment of multi-index average radar map is adapted to divide the evaluation level into seven levels,and upgrade the original single simulation period to three periods,so as to build the outdoor thermal environment evaluation system of comprehensive average score with multiple index,which is suitable for this study.Fourth,through the numerical simulation method,PHOENICS software with simple operation and intuitive output is used to carry out ideal experiments.Fifth,evaluate and analyze the numerical simulation results based on the constructed evaluation system.Evaluating from the perspective of the plot itself and the area of the triple plot to explore the impact mechanism of the layout type of high-rise residential groups on the outdoor thermal environment and obtain the relevant rules.Sixth,by selecting two typical residential areas in Xiamen for empirical research,the accuracy of the research results are evaluated.The results show that the form type,construction land orientation,layout compactness,opening size and opening direction of high-rise residential building cluster layout will affect the outdoor thermal environment quality.In addition,the same kind of layout behaves differently in optimizing the settlement itself and optimizing the thermal environment quality of the urban area,and relevant laws need to be further explored. |
