| Under the guidance of the policies for the development of low-carbon eco-city,China’s urban construction has entered a stage of comprehensive transformation,and it has begun to change from "quantity" to "quality".In the face of increasingly severe urban climate problems,in order to ensure the quality of life of urban residents,creating an excellent outdoor thermal environment should be regarded as an important task for the construction of residential areas.High-rise residential areas will be a major trend in the development of residential areas.Based on the geographical and environmental characteristics of Xiamen City,this paper discusses the influence mechanism of the layout of high-rise residential areas in Xiamen and the outdoor thermal environment,in order to obtain relevant laws and suggestions for the construction of local high-rise residential areas.Firstly,by combing the evaluation methods and indicators of the existing outdoor thermal environment,and selecting comparative evaluation methods,based on the comprehensive evaluation method of multi-index mean radar charts,the index scores were refined,and the comprehensive score items were introduced.In this study,a multi-index mean scored an outdoor thermal environment evaluation system.Secondly,through surveys and on-site observations,a preliminary understanding of the typical high-rise residential areas in Xiamen and the basic characteristics of the thermal environment.Thirdly,through the method of numerical simulation,ideal experiments are carried out and the simulation results are evaluated and analyzed using the evaluation system.The mechanism of the influence of high-level settlement patterns on outdoor thermal environment was discussed to obtain relevant laws,and proposals for high-rise residential areas based on the optimization of thermal environment were proposed.Fourthly,select examples of high-rise residential areas in Xiamen and,based on meeting the conventional requirements and regulatory requirements,adjust the design according to the layout optimization suggestions made by the influence ofthe layout of the residential area on the thermal environment,and verify the results through numerical simulation.The research results show that the evaluation method of the comparison of multi-index mean comprehensive scores is an effective tool to analyze the situation of the outdoor thermal environment;constructing the ideal experiment through the variable control method and carrying out statistical analysis on the research results are the only way to carry out the analysis of the cause of outdoor thermal environment,obtain the action law,and then put forward the design optimization proposal;reasonable and effective optimization of outdoor thermal environment layout recommendations must take into account the geographical characteristics of the city shape and environmental characteristics,and take into account the universal planning and design rules. |
