In 2015,China fully implemented the"design standard of public building energy saving"Gb50189-2015,and the energy saving rate was 65%.And it replaced the design standard of public buildings in xi'an.Xi'an is one of the leading countries in the construction and implementation of building energy conservation design standards,and it will also put forward higher standard of public buildings energy saving in xi'an in the near future.The energy saving requirements of public buildings will be further improved,and the energy efficiency of public buildings will be 75%.This article mainly focuses on two questions:one is the xi'an public building energy consumption situation,another is how to design the public buildings to achieve the goal of energy saving 75%,namely the design of public building energy efficiency 75%technical route.First,this article have investigated the current situation of the public building energy consumption statistics,collect different types of public building's annual energy bills,and get the average annual energy consumption of xi'an public buildings and the characteristics of different types of public buildings.In addition,the paper also summarizes the types and thickness of thermal insulation material,the use of hvac system and lighting equipment in xi'an area,and explores the energy saving potential and provides a realistic basis for the high standard of public buildings in xi'an.Secondly,based on the internal relations between the energy consumption of public buildings and the main design factors that affect the energy consumption,the technical route of the design goal of 75%energy saving in public buildings is analyzed.Based on the building which designed by 65%energy saving rate,analyze each part of the enclosure structure energy saving rate of the thermal parameters of situation.It is concluded that the reasonable retaining structure limit requirements of thermal parameters.Refer to the thermal insulation material usage,doors and windows market research,the writer have verified the feasibility of the implementation.At the same time,the energy saving effect of the enclosure structure can be achieved,which means that the energy saving rate of about 12.69%can be increased only through the enclosure structure.In order to achieve the total energy saving rate to 75%,the energy-saving design optimization of heating ventilation air-conditioning system and lighting system is also needed.Finally,this paper puts forward the energy saving requirements of hvac equipment and lighting system based on the high requirement of enclosure structure.This paper puts forward the corresponding COP limit of the cold water unit,the COP reaches 6.4,can provide 8.99%efficiency,and the cold water unit has reached the requirement.In this paper,the author gives a reasonable design suggestion for the lighting technology,and puts forward the value of the lighting power density of 7W/m~2,and gives the reference value for the light source light efficiency of the lighting power density.In this way,integrated the limit of the enclosure structure thermodynamic parameters,the hvac system of the chiller COP requirements and lighting lighting power density values,taking an office building as an example,the goal of 75%energy saving can be achieved.
