With the development of economic society and the improvement of living standards,there is a significant increase in China's building volume.Among the civil buildings,large public buildings accounts for less than 14%.However,the building energy consumption accounts for 25%,which is 3-10 times of residential buildings energy consumption.According to statistics,the energy consumption of hotel buildings ranks second among the large public buildings,which shows great potential for energy saving.The large,multi-functional,and comfortable five-star hotel,consumes lots among of energy,therefore,it is necessary to carry out research on building energy efficiency for five-star hotels in combination with geographical characteristics.Based on the investigation and data compilation of 15 local five-star hotels' energy consumption,the author using the equivalent electrical method,statistically summarized the energy consumption data of five-star hotels in Shandong Province Among the five-star hotels in Shandong Province,the annual total building energy consumption per unit reflecting the current status of the five-star hotels in Shandong Province.Subsequently,the author used DeST-c analysis software,combined with the actual building information and energy consumption data of the five-star hotel in the investigation,constructed a theoretical model of the five-star hotel in Shandong Province,and then,simulated the building energy consumption for 8760 hours of a whole year,obtained the building energy consumption data and,the energy consumption ratio of each system sub-item.There are many factors that affect the energy consumption of hotel buildings.The author determined six independent impact factors in the envelope structure,using orthogonal experiment method combined with DeST simulation to analyze the impact of the envelope structure on the energy consumption of five-star hotel buildings,and the ranking of weights laid a foundation for energy-saving transformation.As the energy consumption of the air-conditioning system accounts for the largest proportion,the author simulated a typical centralized air-conditioning system and analyzed the pressure-enthalpy diagram of the capillary air-conditioning system,found that the COP of the capillary plane radiant air conditioning system is high in summer,so that the air conditioning system further saves energy.In addition,the energy consumption of bath hot water in the five-star hotel is also considerable as bath hot water was provided for 24 hours.Considering the rich solar energy resources in Shandong,the author proposed a solar-assisted electric heating domestic hot water system and performed theoretical calculations.From the conclusion,the new system saved the energy significantly.Based on the research for the energy saving of local five-star hotel buildings,the author puts forward the main energy-saving measures applicable to the hotel buildings in Shandong Province,which has certain reference value for protecting the environment,saving resources and building an ecological civilization.
