Structural Design And Lectotype Analysis Of Steel Structure Frame Of Petrochemical Device

The petrochemical industry is the pillar industry in the development of China's national economy.In recent years,with the continuous development of China's society and economy,China's petrochemical enterprises are also making progress.The steel structure petrochemical plant frame has achieved wide application in the construction of petrochemical industrial enterprises because of its many advantages such as high bearing capacity,good ductility,low self-weight and simple and convenient construction.The selection of steel structure system plays an important role in the overall structural design and engineering cost control of petrochemical plant framework,and it is also an important factor that can affect the performance and function of the petrochemical plant frame structure.However,the current structural design and selection of steel structure petrochemical plant framework lacks in-depth research and comprehensive comparative analysis.This paper systematically expounds the basic theory of frame design,calculation,selection and analysis of steel structure petrochemical plant,and introduces the structural characteristics and function of several typical steel structure petrochemical plant frame structure system.The fractionation framework in the alkylation project of Anhui Energy Technology Co.,Ltd.was selected as the engineering example,using pure frame structure system,horizontal frame-longitudinal support structure system,lateral support-longitudinal frame structure system and frame-longitudinal and lateral support structure system Four kinds of structural types,under various load combinations that may exist in various load conditions,PKPM series STS steel structure design software is used for design calculation and analysis and comparison.Finally,four types of structural systems are summarized.The force characteristics and economic characteristics,find out the type of structural system with the smallest amount of structural steel,and determine the lateral support-longitudinal frame structure system as the best design.Through various calculations,analysis and comparison,this paper makes a useful exploration and research on the selection of the framework structure system of steel structure petrochemical plant.The research results have the purpose of promoting the selection,application and improvement of the frame structure system of steel structure petrochemical plant.Certain reference value and guiding significance.
