In recent years, for large-scale infrastructure construction of our country, the construction technology is also fastly developmented. As one kind of basic form for buildings, pile foundation has showed its superiority gradually because of its large bearing capacity and wide range of applicability in lots of complex foundations.So, pile foundation is frequently used in basic forms such as high-rise buildings、road bases and large bridges. Concrete filling pile is mostly used especially in the construction engineerings that need large bearing capacities.Pile foundation is the basement of building bottom,which is hided 、difficult to construct and high-tech.During the construction process. Test pile body completeness has a variety of methods, The sound wave transmission method has simple operation, comprehensive detection, and reliable economic advantages, at the same time for pile foundation is a kind of nondestructive testing. Sound wave transmission method is widely used in the field of testing pile body completeness.This article will research further to the sound wave transmission method.First, I will Introduce the basic principle of ultrasonic and testing methods detailed,,then aiming at the limitation of ultrasonic transmission method for detecting,that influence scope by blind and sound,Put forward the importance of test waveform analysis put forward sonic transmission method.Use the amplitude, velocity, PSD value of the comprehensive judgment of pile according to the characteristics of different pile of various defects on the acoustic parameters, and put forward the judgment of pile defect properties skills. In view of(JGJ 106-2003) "technical specifications" testing of building foundation piles in the provision of the pile integrity classification,summary the use of sound wave transmission method in detection of grouting pile and unreasonable to classification, and puts forward some personal views on the corresponding improvement. The case study finally through Jinning Engineering, detect the perfusion pile using sonic transmission method improved detection technology, summarizes the improved sound wave transmission method to improve the accuracy of bored pile quality detection in all aspects of advantages finally.Through the research of this paper, improved detection technology of cast-in-place pile of sound wave transmission method not only can improve the quality of the project but also can shorten the construction period,at the same time, reduce the construction cost, the ultimate guarantee of engineering project construction safety, the use of safety. The relevant results of this study have a certain reference value for the cast-in-situ pile integrity detection.
