In recent years, with the rapid development of high-speed railway technology, passenger railway train speed runs faster and faster, the demand for safety is higher and higher, traditional train dispatching system has can’t meet the demand of high-speed railway safe operation requirements, has given rise to railway disaster monitoring and control system. This thesis mainly states on the basis of the present situation of foreign high speed railway disaster prevention monitoring system, combined with China’s national conditions, analyzes and discusses the effects of natural disasters on the train safety monitoring technology and related disasters.In this thesis, the primary mission includes:1, This thesis of the selected topic background and the research status at home and abroad is Introduced, puts forward the comprehensive disaster prevention construction suited to China’s railway safety monitoring and early warning and alarm system.2, The disaster-preventing and alarm system structure and function are analyzed, structure analysis of the disaster-preventing and alarm system, mainly including on-site monitoring equipment, base station control unit, disaster monitoring terminal, and railway data processing center, and the main function of each part are described; monitoring content mainly includes wind, rain, snow, earthquake alarm conditions, falling objects and scope of alarm threshold, give the introduction and description.3, The railway disaster prevention monitoring system of alarm principles alarm logic is designed, the primary function of system, analyzed and designed the system of data flow, main data interface, and the system of network transmission scheme, sensors serial port communication protocol.4, The layers of software and program are analyzed and designed.5, The company environment simulation test, field alignment test, the final on-site project deployment.6, Give simple summary to this thesis research content, and give introduction to the disaster prevention technology for the future development trend.This design and implementation of disaster prevention system monitoring and control system has been put into use on many lines of domestic high-speed road. Railway disaster prevention monitoring system with the sensor data acquisition, analysis, analysis, processing disaster information, through which to establish the sensor monitoring network, the real-time monitoring of rainfall, wind speed, snow depth, falling objects, earthquake and other natural disasters and unexpected emergencies, and adopt measures to ensure the security of train running, to achieve the purpose of reduce the running disaster, to ensure the safety of train running.
