The two-dimensional trajectory correction fuze can greatly improve the accuracy of conventional ammunition target attack at a lower cost, the scheme of using PGK (Precision Guidance Kit) execution device to realize the two-dimensional correction of projectile is currently a hot research topic. PGK adjust the electromagnetic torque between the stator and the rotor by changing the stator winding current through the variable load circuit, so as to control correction rudder’s relative position of the earth, make it produces the yaw moment that correction projectile trajectory required and achieve the purpose of correction projectile trajectory.Based on the application requirements of fuze, the performance of generator and the ballistic environment, the stator and rotor structure of Variable Impedance Motor was determined. The finite element method was used to simulate and optimize the Variable Impedance Motor. According to the optimized parameters of Variable Impedance Motor, The preliminary structure of the rudder was designed. The canard is optimized by using the CFD method. It was determined that the canard outer diameter is Phi 100mm, the lift canard mounted offset angle is 8 degrees and the rotating canard mounted offset angle is 2.5. It was summarized that the simulation and optimization method of Variable Impedance Motor based on finite element method. It was summarized that the simulation and optimization method of canard based on CFD method.By analysis the experimental test between two kinds of experimental platform, determined the electromagnetic torque test platform scheme. In electromagnetic torque measurement system for sensor installation Angle deviation of measurement error due to the bending moment of sensor measurement accuracy problem, put forward the electromagnetic torque measuring accuracy calculation formula of deviation Angle sensor installation requirements. Under different speed/load condition execute experiments of PGK execution device, by analysis the experimental results, concluded characteristics that motor electromagnetic torque varied with different speed/load. Compare the simulation results with the experimental results, the results show that the trends are the same, error less than 10%. Finally concluded the characteristics of PGK execution device’s electromagnetic torque varied with different speed/load.
