Management and calculation of line loss analysis in power system to reduce line loss and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises is of great significance, and through analysis on the line loss can also improve the level of enterprise management, save the cost of human resource, it has become main topics of research in home and abroad at present.Firstly this thesis introduces the line loss management and calculation of related concepts and modern popular research methods, establishes the related concept foundation for the research and the elaboration. And according to the actual situation in Jiamusi region, the design of the three kinds of line loss calculation method, the root mean square current allocation method, optimization and improvement of the method of equivalent resistance of power flow method. Through the comparison analysis, it is found that the root mean square current sharing method, the advantage is to calculate the actual power consumption of the distribution transformer based on the original root mean square method.
