In the domestic car companies have a firm pace of independent environment, who can put the new models to the market and to provide users with better quality products who will be able to seize the initiative, enhance their competitiveness, to win the game winning weight. So to achieve a short cycle and high quality to the market to launch new models, you need to have a scientific and effective work management approach to the production preparation work.
