| In this paper, for the lightweight optimization design of fewer piece leaf spring, a design method based on the combination of CAE using MATLAB and ANSYS and the verification and correction of actual acquisition data is proposed, which has been used in the lightweight design of a light truck suspension system and has a more effective, more practical and more efficient performance. This method can be widely used in the design of leaf springs, which has a wide application prospect.First of all, this paper introduces the common calculation methods of leaf spring and the applications of taper-leaf spring at home and abroad. The research of the optimization design methods of fewer piece leaf spring has the a strong practical significance.Secondly, this article first by establishing a mathematical model of the little piece of leaf spring, on the basis of using MATLAB to realize the calculation of its mathematical model, and carries on the optimization design on the basis of the original scheme, using GUI to optimize the input and output of visual processing, make the optimization of input and output more intuitive clearer. According to the optimization of the main parameters variable cross-section slice of leaf spring less guidance produce after the optimization design of leaf spring assembly products. Original on the basis of performance, implement weighing up to 32%, realize the lightweight design.Again, in view of the steel plate spring respectively before and after using 3 d CAD data model, the actual product reverse scan 3 d data model is set up. Again, respectively, in view of the leaf spring and its fittings before and after finite element analysis model is established in ANSYS Workbench, modeling process will fittings included, since most current modeling for leaf spring itself to establish the finite element analysis model, the method of more close to the actual working condition, calculation and analysis results are more reference value.Finally, by in different position of the leaf spring product resistance strain gauge, load records each point in the process of stress change with add load situation, and will get the stress and stiffness measurement data and GUI programming calculation results, and CAE analysis results were analyzed. According to the results of three methods to get perfect correction GUI program again, ensure the accuracy of the GUI programming calculation results, the reliability and usability. |
