Suspension as an important vehicle system has been an important research subject of integral vehicle. In the modern, the multi-axis car used the most important suspension structure is the Balance suspension, it can ensure that the extent permitted by laws and regulations to improve the efficiency of vehicle transportation, while driving in the car can also be guaranteed a good ride comfort and security. Balance suspension system as a relatively large and important subsystem of the integral vehicle, plays a vital role on the performance of the vehicle. Leaf spring as an important elastic bearing components of Balance suspension system, its reasonable structure parameters and properties to balance the suspension system plays a decisive role of performance. Therefore, the reasonable design of leaf spring, to improve vehicle ride comfort, safety, comfort and environmental protection and so on has a great significance, and Leaf spring as a component of the integral vehicle which weight is larger relative to the other parts, So &leaf spring is an unavoidable parts to realize the vehicle lightweight.The thesis has introduced the relevant knowledge of the Balance suspension, understood the type and structure form of leaf spring, analyzed the advantage of little piece cross-section leaf spring and calculating methods, and researched the structural analysis features of nonlinear finite element. Taking a multiaxial lorry multi-disc and uniform thickness leaf spring balance suspension as based, By now commonly used in the structure of main deputy reed one-piece little piece cross-section leaf spring instead of the original more pieces of thickness steel spring, take advantage of modern CAE technology to achieve a leaf spring in this lightweight and enhance the vehicle's driving performance.This paper analyzes a variety of leaf spring and the last use the one main spring and three deputy springs structure by comparing, Through synthetical calculating and design main springs and deputy springs structural parameters, taking into account the leaf spring geometry large deformation, the contact between the leaf and leaf work and the characteristics of nonlinear friction, the establishment of a leaf spring ANSYS finite element analysis model, combined with nonlinear problems and the finite element method for nonlinear contact problem, analyzes its work in a variety of load case the stress distribution and stiffness characteristics, and through ADAMS, ANSYS software and the interface between the leaf spring set up flexible body model, the use of modern multi-body dynamics to balance the suspension eventually established a virtual prototype for the power subsystem Science vibration model, inspired by the road wheels, according to the characteristics of carrying vehicle performance analysis, analyzing the natural frequency and acceleration frequency domain properties and so on in the back of Balance suspension system vibration, The rationality of the results obtained are evaluated, thus finally concluded that the improved scheme is feasible.
