Biomass gasification technology is a new development of energy technology in recent years. It has wide raw material sources and environmental good affinity. Development of biomass gasification technology is a effective solution to energy tension and environmental pollution. However, safety problems of its make it meet resistance in biomass gasification process during the process of popularization.In order to determine the pyrolysis characteristics and pyrolysis reaction chemical kinetic parameters of four kinds typical combustible biomass, this paper spread thermogravimetric analysis under nitrogen atmosphere in three different heating rate. The pyrolysis reaction was divided into four stages. This paper analysed the escape of gas composition. It also studied the related theory of quantitative risk assessment based on bayesian network method, including the accident probability and posterior probability calculation method of basic events, as well as the importance of calculation method. In biomass gasification explosion and poisoning accidents based on the analysis of the bayesian network, using the GeNIe software modeling analysis, and calculates the accident probability, the posterior probability of basic events and various important degree, and get the important degree of the average order. According to calculation result prediction and diagnosis, identify the most easy to cause accident of biomass gasification device, and puts forward corresponding preventive measures. Finally, this article in view of the a probability and importance ranking the forefront of purification equipment frost crack between the basic events, this paper proposes a through coil heating scheme, according to the theory of heat transfer modeling calculation, it is concluded that the fan wind speed in different winding turns and footwall pipe exports can achieve temperature between air and purification, USES waste heat gasification unit through heating coil between purification, can prevent the frosty winter because of the purification plant caused by the leak, fire, explosion and poisoning accidents, and can improve the working conditions of winter homework personnel, on the premise of ensuring security can realize energy conservation and emissions reduction.
