The Study On The Landscape Renewal Of Abandoned Factory Architecture

Nowadays, the rapid development of society and economy brings the change of industry and structure of urban land and the abandoned industrial buildings emerge gradually.Over time these old industrial buildings bringnegative impact on urban ecological environment and city image, at the same time the accelerated process of global urbanization results the disappearance of city historical memory and cultural diversity.In this background, the landscape transformation design of old industrial buildings has become a serious problem to be solved.Based on the theory of Post-Industrial Landscape design,this paper analyzes the background of development of old industrial buildings and redefines the concept of old industrial buildings with the help of domestic related studies.Then sums up the resources integration methods and its development and utilization model from the perspective of systemic development.Secondly the thesis discusses the landscape utilization of the building landscape and outdoor environment:first of all,it summarizes internal structure and external physical characteristics of the industrial building and proposes the corresponding improvement tactics; then discusses the culture strategy and function strategy of the outdoor old landscape and emphasizes the functional significance of the express industry connotation and rational allocation of space,next, analysis the renewal method of the waste industrial structures, industrial equipment and waste materials with the of related cases.From the theory significance, this paper explores industry heritage utilization mode to some extent and expands the research space of the modern landscape design theory, made beneficial attempt of the postindustrial landscape design development and enrich the whole design research; from the practical significance, I hope to provide some feasible advice for the current landscape design practice in China to a certain extent through this research.
