With the increasing scale of China urban construction, the urban catchment area has been increased. When meeting rainstorm, the urban waterlogging disasters occurred oftenly in most of our cities which have been taken strong drainage patterns. The intensified trend of the waterlogging have brought huge economic losses to the city and theated the urban security. Compare to abroad developed city which had advanced flood drainage system construction, there was many problems in our cities, such as the lacking of prospective planning, the inperfect system and the low-level management.Port logistics park was a e modern regional integrated logistics park. The drainage of park was difficult because of the flat terrain and high water level of the MiHe river.How to protect the logistics park flood control and drainage safety was a key function in all areas harbor logistics park to play. The flood drainage project intended to overcome the contradiction between the flat terrain and drainage security by using buffered polder drainage patterns, which was the basis for the safe operation of the logistics park.Traditional flood drainage projects often ignored the correlation with the municipal sewerage works, which made a conflict between them.This paper matched the recurrence interval for sewerage and the flood drainage project through the research and analysis of the park climatic conditions and design standards, selected a reasonable park flood control and drainage programs by the analysis of the park vertical design, defined the controlling factor of the park drainage project depend on the park topographic and environmental characteristics, and proposed drainage project construction and operation and maintenance of rationalization measures based on the past experience in engineering. Finally,this paper proposed a reasonable park flood drainage project program to reduce serious harm cause of flooding.Through this flood drainage project research, it can prevent the waterlogging disaster and ensure the orderly operation of the various functional units of the park, on the other hand, it can provide favorable conditions for the construction of the park site by the works to identify the most economical solution for park flood drainage project. At the same time, this project research could provide the construction experience for the coastal areas with flat terrain and drainage barriers. And it also provide the practical experience for sponges city building and rainwater resource utilization.
