From this perspective, the strengthening of a very important practical significance to study port construction project risk management for.In this paper, Shantou City fishery ocean surveillance terminal building as the research object, first on the basic theory of risk management and project risk management is discussed, so as to study the full text laid a solid theoretical foundation. Then, this paper some basic maritime surveillance Shantou City fishery wharf construction projects were introduced, and accordingly the construction risk identification, discovery by identifying the current risk of the project, including the political risk, the risk of the natural environment, social environment risk, economic risk, organizational risk, management risk, technology risk, the risk of material risks and design changes. Then, the paper constructs a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and the corresponding risk assessment system, by analyzing the results of the evaluation results.
