Research On Risk Management Of GFC-T2 Progject

With the development of the real estate market for nearly 40 years,real estate has become an important pillar industry of the Chinese economy.In the national economy,there are many industries in the service industry and manufacturing industry that are related to the real estate industry.In this wave,a group of cities began to build their own super high-rise landmark buildings,which also put forward higher requirements for project risk management of domestic super high-rise construction projects.As the largest city in the Northeast,Shenyang,while undertaking the comprehensive revitalization of the vanguard in the Northeast,introduced external capital to build the"Golden Gallery" central business district of Youth Street.The GFC-T2 project is an important super-high-rise landmark building for the construction of the "Golden Corridor"central business district of Youth Street.The successful implementation of this project will have an important impact on the overall construction of "Golden Gallery" and can enhance other investors’ investment in Shenyang.Confidence,with great value.This paper is based on the GFC-T2 project as a practical case,from the engineering design,construction and other stages of project risk management research.Firstly,it describes the research status of project risk management at home and abroad,and puts forward the research ideas and research methods of the thesis.Then,the paper studies the theory of risk management of super high-rise building engineering projects,proposes project risk management requirements based on the characteristics of GFC-T2 project,and uses scientific methods to identify potential risks of the project.Finally,the operational fuzzy comprehensive assessment method scientifically evaluates the risks of the GFC-T2 project.According to the research results of this paper,the overall risk of the GFC-T2 project is lower risk,which is affordable and does not affect the smooth implementation of the project.According to the risk category,except for market risk,which is medium risk,other types of risk are lower risks.In this paper,corresponding risk response measures and monitoring measures are formulated for the identified five types of risks to ensure the smooth construction of the GFC-T2 project.
