Research On Real Estate Project Quality Management Of Qingdao Wanke Lanshan

As the significant raise of our country’s economy maintains, the architecture industry has been developing rapidly. By now, the architecture industry has become a major industry in the country’s economy. However, the quality problems have increased in both quantity and criticality. The quality of construction projects does not only affect the reputation and compatibility of an architecture company, more importantly, it is directly related to the properties and life safety of the people and the nation. Hence, the construction company must attach great importance to quality management of the project. It is necessary to develop scientific objectives, build compresensive systems and implement effective measures of quality management.The thesis studies about Qingdao Wanke Lanshan real estate project quality control with four sections. The first section mainly elaborates the background, aim and significance of the thesis. It proposes the great importance that project quality management can affect a civil project. In addition, with the summary of current studies of domestic and oversea project quality management and the research on domestic and oversea archives, the current academic level of project quality management is generally acquired. Moreover, it points out the major content, research techniques and the innovations. The second section initializes with explicit definition of project quality management, the main concept about project quality management and an introduction about the relative project quality management theories. Furthermore, it elaborates the relative concepts about project quality management, and discusses in great detail about the concepts, procedures and measures which is related to project quality management. Lastly, it presents the project quality management perceptions and the problems as well as misdirection in the domestic real estate project quality management. The third section takes the Wanke Lanshan real estate project as an instance, studies the project quality management problems in detail. Firstly outlines the Wanke Lanshan project and the management objectives, which includes progress mapping, quality and risk management, and cost control and design management. It introduces the four main aspects of the Wanke Lanshan project quality management system design, these are:project quality management rules, project group work guide, project quality progress management and project quality monitoring. In the end, this section discusses the execution of the Wanke Lanshan real estate project quality management, which consists of schedule planning regulation and backup procedure, material and equipment quality assurance procedure, quality problem prevention procedure and the quality fault control techniques. The fourth section concludes with the previous discussions, within the scope of Wanke Lanshan real estate project and the domestic civil industry status and problems, advices the civil projects on work quality layout and progress quality control, states the perspectives for further studies.
