The Study Of The Progect Cost Management Of Central Heating Project Of Shazikou District

This article studies the project cost management of central heating project of Shazikou district. To start with, the paper summarizes the Theory of Project Cost Management, on the bases of which this paper analyzes factors affecting the whole life’cycle cost of a project, and the development and status quo of project cost management in China. Secondly, combining the actual conditions of central heating project of Shazikou district, it uses value engineering and data envelopment analysis to study the cost control of the project from the view of whole life cycle cost. Finally, this article proposes some relevant strategy and specific recommendations to solve problems existing in the present providing application, which is supposed to give guidance and assistance for reducing project costs and improving efficiency.
