The Research For Heat Metering Reformation Of Yanshan Petrochemical Residential Building

Heat metering technology in foreign countries is mature, and it has high degree of automation and convenient operation management. Thermal measurement concept was introduced into our country from the last century, heat metering technology development in China is becoming more and more mature after years of groping, pilot, promotion. This paper prepares a reference for heat metering reform of new or existing buildings by researching the theory of heat metering method in combination with the heat metering reformation project research of the civil existing buildings of YanShan petrochemical.Firstly, research the YanShan petrochemical projects of heat source, heat supply network, end user profiles, map the heating system, make the equipment list table, and write research reports. Secondly, establish heat metering reformation scheme according to the research results, analyze and compare the appropriate heat metering method of the civil existing buildings of YanShan petrochemical, consider a variety of applicability and economy of heat metering method. Finally, confirm to use radiator heat distribution metering method in this project, select heat metering equipment, map system, propagandizing heat metering reform technology and policies to residential users and transform in strict accordance with the heat metering technical guidance.At the beginning of the heating, test and analyze hydraulic balance, water pump, boiler efficiency of YanShan petrochemical. According to the results of test and analysis, adopt the corresponding main adjustment measures as follows:adjust the hydraulic balance preliminary, and locally fixed hydraulic balance by the method of equal temperature drop. Make the pump frequency conversion strategy according to outdoor temperature. Heat adjustment method of heat boiler was adopted in order to realize on-demand heating, improving the efficiency of the boiler.
