Research On The Reformed Creative Industry Park Buildings Based On Semiology

In recent years, as an emerging industry, the creative industries gradually become the pillar and strategic ones in some developed cities. And also they seem to become the symbol of the measures of urban comprehensive strength. With the support of state policies and regulations, development and expansion of creative talent team, the construction of creative industry park is also gradually moving towards a climax, especially the practice of the reformed ones greatly arouses the concern of the society. At the same time, the semeiology has important guiding significance in epistenology and methodology. Architectural semiotics is the theoretical achievements of semiology in combination with architecture, which has greatly enriched the creative concept of building.Based on this background, this paper takes the reformed creative industry parks as the research object, using semiology as basic theory. Firstly, it takes the creative industry parks as a semiotic system through combing, analyzing,comparing both of the concepts; Secondly, explain the explicate and implicit composition with syntactics; the signifier and the signified with semantics, the relationship to people with pragmatics. Thirdly, summerrize the modification and the application principles of the reformed creative industry parks with syntactics, semantics, pragmatics. Finally, apply the theory to the renovation project of Nanjing Wanggu27, as a practice of the above analysis.
