The Research Of Residential District Underground Parking In Mountainous Area

With constantly improving the level of life of urban residents, increasing sharply of the number of private cars, the demand of parking from residents is more urgent, so the underground garage has become a key of residential community design. At the same time, China has seventy percent of the territory is covered by mountainous, and the large number of basic population, with increasing the tense of the urban land, the part of the appropriate mountainous are naturally used by the estate developers to exploit, the mountainous buildings have become the new favorite of the market of real estate.However, mountainous garage’s layout is limited by the terrain, whether in the overall planning, transportation organization, parking layout; or at fire evacuation, ventilation and lighting, there is a huge difference comparing with conventional underground garage. Hence, how to arrange the underground garage reasonably and control the cost, at the same time, improving the utilization of underground garage, meeting the space needs of human, has become an effectiveness and practical design issue.In this thesis, for the purpose of how to handle the design of the underground garage in residential community of large elevation, through survey, analysis and collation, summarizing the principles and solutions generally; and then compared it with the underground garage of mountainous residential community, analyzing the comparing case, summarizing the common design methods and design principles for the underground garage in Mountainous Residential District, achieving the goal of reducing the cost of the optimal elevation site and maximizing of the efficiency of parking. Finally, the author combined with the design principles and the corresponding theories from the above of the underground garage in the mountainous residential community, using the way of designing the practical residential project sham.Through the study, the author hopes to arrange a more complete theoretical system for the underground garage in mountainous residential community, to provide more detailed design basis and reference for the design of underground garage of mountain residential community in future.
