Research On The Adaptability Design Of Underground Garage In Cold Region

The underground garage in the residential area is the product of the development of the times and an important part of the daily living space of the masses.With the development of China's economic and technological level and the improvement of the people's spiritual civilization,the demand for the quantity and quality of the parking space of the masses in China is also increasing.In the cold area,due to the impact of the outdoor environment on the parking in winter,the demand for parking is higher,and the underground space is used to enter.Parking is an important way to solve the parking demand,so the underground garage has become an important part of the construction of cold residential areas.As a public space with high frequency of use,the underground garage in the residential area of cold area is an important space carrier of the people's life.The research on the underground garage in the residential area of cold area can improve the quality of life of the people in the residential area,improve the quality of space in the residential area of cold area,and promote the sustainable development of the society and economy of the city and even the whole country.This paper adopts the research method of the combination of the theory and practical cases of the cold residential underground parking garage.Firstly,it studies the social background and the era background of the cold,cold cities,residential areas and underground parking garage,analyzes its concept,and discusses the research status of the related fields at home and abroad.Based on the investigation and analysis of the example of the underground garage in the cold area,this paper puts forward a questionnaire survey of the design of the adaptability of the underground garage in the cold area,and makes an interview with the relevant experts,interprets the problem of the adaptability of the underground garage in the cold area,analyzes the causes of its design,and puts forward the optimization objective of the adaptability of the underground garage in the cold area,that is,the entrance space is suitable for the cold,and the internal space is empty.Comfortable and efficient management and operation.The third chapter is the core chapter of this paper.On the basis of the previous research,it discusses the entrance design,internal function space and operation details of the underground garage in the cold residential area and puts forward the design strategy.According to the design strategy and the author's work experience,the fourth chapter puts forward the design practice of chennengxishu Valley residential quarter in the north of Harbin River,and provides case support for the third chapter by introducing its project background,functional layout design,traffic design and spatial design.The author selects the typical cold underground garage case for analysis,extracts its image,function,streamline and other advantages,and makes it become the case support of the theory of this paper.The research methods used in this paper include literature research,theoretical analysis,case analysis,research and analysis.The author uses the cross comparison method to study the design of the cold underground garage.Theory,analysis of the relevant research methods,combined with the comprehensive background of the cold residential underground garage design,analysis and solve the problem,summed up the cold residential underground garage design law.The author hopes that the relevant theory and design method of this paper can provide some reference for the theoretical research and design practice of the underground garage design in cold residential areas.
