| With China’s nuclear industry growing stronger, the demand of various portable devices becomes more and more important. At present, the portable air sampling systems in the domestic mainstream markets almost came from foreign countries. These air sampling systems?s price is so expensive and the interface for users all showed in English. The purchasing cycle of these air sampling systems is very long, it is difficult to maintaining these air sampling systems, and the accessories price is even expensive.The domestic nuclear power stations still have huge demand for air sampling system. So we developed a portable air sampling system, it has a smart construction, in combination with a variety of integrated IC chip and sensor module, It also has simple friendly man-machine interface.This paper expounds the overall design scheme of the portable air sampling system, and it proposes the expected development goal. The hardware and software of the system is divided by functional modules in detail in the paper. It introduces the hardware and software function module and the system design process, software programming and debugging process is introduced in the paper especially.The focus of the system software is flow- sampling module and motor-control module, in motor-control module, the software design using the combination of PID control and fuzzy control to control the speed of motor. First this paper introduces the technology of the PID control, what is the PID technology, and how to use fuzzy PID control technology. Then Coupled with this design, the paper introduces the principle and implementation steps.According to much testing for the system, the design has meet all the demands on the function, and through comparing, the function is better than the domestic mainstream air sampling obviously the system have many advantages. At present, Research results have been technical evaluated, and have been generalized to the nuclear power plant. |
