With the development of 3D GIS technology and widely application, how to manage the underground pipe network better, strengthening the management of the underground pipe network, and realize the underground pipe network system of real-time data updating and maintenance, to ensure good operation of underground pipe network become an important research subject.3D GIS of underground pipe network information system is the construction of efficient path.This paper through studying the present situation of the underground pipe network management information system at home and abroad, showed the shortages on underground pipe network information system, namely the underground pipe network information management system is many, but mainly two-dimensional plane as the carrier, the three dimensional display effect is not good, and the lack of effective three-dimensional analysis. Conventional 2D pipeline GIS system cannot meet the needs of the economic development in today’s society, based on the 3D line display and spatial analysis technology as the research target, from theory to engineering technology code, realized the digital network and three-dimensional, developed prototype system has a strong ability of 3D display and spatial analysis.The data of underground pipeline network in campus is complex, manual management of time-consuming and laborious, but also the research and Realization of 3D pipe network management system for campus is a trial for the wisdom of campus construction. At present, the underground pipeline management system there are many, but mainly in the two-dimensional plane as the carrier, three-dimensional display effect is not good, but the lack of three-dimensional effective analysis. This system to SuperMap Objects.NET 6R as the software platform, make full use of Realspace technology, the effective simulation of the underground pipe network at the same time, on the ground buildings have also done a fine model, focus on 3D also take full account of the two dimensional integration problems. Traditional two-dimensional pipeline GIS system cannot meet the needs of today’s society economic development, the paper starts from this details of the SuperMap Objects Java/.NET 6R platform. Discussion on several key techniques of building three-dimensional comprehensive underground pipeline management system in three aspects:the ground, underground synchronous browsing, analysis, two or three dimensional linkage 3D pipeline analysis. Discusses the key technology of the construction of three-dimensional underground pipeline management system, using the idea of software engineering, the overall design, system function design, database design and so on underground pipeline system. The key technique is discussed to be realized, and the system testing.This papers is divided into seven chapters, each chapter’s main content is as follows:The first chapter mainly introduced the background of the paper, research significance and research status at home and abroad and the current problems existing in the underground pipe network management information system.The second chapter makes a brief introduction of 3D GIS technology, at the same time, introduces the domestic and international mainstream 3D GIS platform, and introduces in detail in this paper the SuperMap three-dimensional software platform.For the three-dimensional development component SuperMap.Net 6R function and characteristics in detail.The third chapter mainly introduces the three-dimensional network model building theory and its technical implementation. Introduced the three dimensional data types, analysis of the underground pipe network spatial data model, study the underground pipe network data structure characteristics of underground pipe network modeling method is given.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the three-dimensional underground pipe information system is the key technology of system implementation are introduced. Through the underground pipeline characteristics, classification and data structure of the research, raises the key technology solutions. Respectively introduces the cross-sectional analysis, profile analysis, connectivity analysis, etc. The key technology of 3D pipeline information system, and study the technical implementation. Finally the paper introduces the technology of the ground, underground integrated display.The fifth chapter introduces the overall design of the underground pipe network information system.From the demand analysis, analysis of the design requirements of the underground pipe network information system. Presents the overall design of the system, function module design. Finally combining the feature of underground pipeline data, and the corresponding national standards to the design of network database.The sixth chapter introduces how to realize the three-dimensional underground pipe network information system. Based on software engineering, the eight modules realization of software function, and the software function test, the test results show that meet the design requirements.The seventh chapter is conclusion and prospect. Summarizing the research results and research significance of this paper, three-dimensional underground pipe network for the future development direction is prospected, proposed to three-dimensional underground pipe network construction combined with wisdom urban construction.
