Distribution automation is an important way to improve the reliability, quality, and ability of power supply, and also one of the important bases to realize the smart grid. Distribution automation system which applies modern electron technology, communication technology, computer and network technology to integrating real time information, off-line information, user information, electric network structural parameter and geographic information of distribution system.This thesis mainly studies the project implementation plan of distribution automation; the main contents are as follows:1. This paper introduces the situation of Nanjing power distribution network, includes area, requirement and characteristic etc. It emphatically analyzes the main problems in plan of distribution network.2. This paper introduces the studies of the condition of engineering construction implementation plan, includes six aspects:reconstruction of power distribution equipment, building and reconstruction of power distribution automation master station, development scheme of the line fast healing, development scheme of the information system integration, development scheme of distribution terminal and substation, building and reconstruction of communication network of distribution system.3. This paper analyzes the regional power supply reliability and voltage qualified rate from three aspects, economic efficiency, management efficiency and social efficiency, after the reconstruction of distribution automation.Through solving reconstruction and functional technology promotion of all kinds of operation equipment, and establishing distribution network communication architecture to realize three remote. It enhances the power supply capability of distribution network, also significantly improves power supply reliability and power quality.
