With the development of city construction,economy and culture,power demand is increasing day by day.The majority of power users have put forward higher requirements on power supply quality.At present,China's many cities still exist distribution network status quo,distribution network construction progress lag,power supply enterprise integrated management level is not high,resulting in the peak period will appear power supply capacity is limited,low voltage,frequent power outages and other issues,to the majority of power users and power companies to bring a lot of trouble.Research and application of power supply reliability for urban lOkV distribution network,the purpose is to improve the power production technology level,equipment level and enterprise management level,in order to enhance the power supply enterprise's sustainable and reliable power supply capacity,meet the city's growing demand for electricity.The writing of this paper is based on the research and implementation of the project of "Xiamen high reliability demonstration zone construction" in Xiamen power supply company.The main contents and results are as follows:Classification and analysis of the five main factors that affect the reliability of distribution network,including the power supply capacity of the power grid,the grid structure,equipment level,technical level and management level.Using the failure mode and effect analysis method to analyze and calculate the reliability of power supply reliability of the typical connection modes of distribution network at present.On the basis of the study of the connection mode of distribution network,this method is put forward to improve the reliability of power grid by constructing standardized power supply structure and power supply model.Considering the load distribution characteristics and regional characteristics,will be divided into point power supply architecture architecture,architecture and massive power supply banded structure,and generation algorithm based on Delaunay triangulation theory of power distribution network architecture.Based on the classification of power supply structure,further put forward four kinds of standard calculation method of power supply model and its various characteristics,and to expand the triangle(cable loop network)power supply model as an example,calculate the power supply capacity and reliability of power supply characteristic index for power supply planning reference model.Analysis of the composition and function of the distribution automation system,and the use of failure mode and effect analysis method,calculated by the reliability index of the sample value of the grid structure,implementation of an important role of improving the power supply reliability of distribution automation.According to the actual work experience,combined with the innovation of the unit,the other technical measures and management measures to improve the reliability of power grid are put forward.
