The purpose of rotary joint is to transfer fluid from a fixed line to rotating, swing and other reciprocating motion fluid transmission components, it should not only guarantee the fluid can transfer continuously in working components or pipeline, but also to prevent fluid medium from connecting with each other, leakage, and being polluted by external impurities. Rotary joints can transfer and seal medium under the working conditions of high pressure and high speed, they are widely used in many fields of engineering, such as metal, machine tools, electrical, energy, materials, processing and other industries. Rotary joint is a key element of engineering equipment, and its performance requirements is very strict, so a special test equipment is needed to detect rotating joint. At present, domestic testing equipment is still very backward, manufacturers generally use rotary joints which can rotate, pressure gauge, speed meter and other instruments are used to test value, staff use these instruments to collect data, and write down the numerical test manually, pressure, torque, rotational speed, leakage will not be collected in time, such a test method is discontinuous, it may also be an error, it is difficult to guarantee the quality of products, in order to influence the sales of the products. High-speed rotary joint test system is a practical equipment invested by an enterprise and designed by school, in order to satisfy the performance requirements of high-speed rotary joint, By testing system design and the performance of the research and analysis, the product can meet the performance requirements.After reading domestic and abroad papers about the high-speed rotary joint, by referring to Current situation of the development of rotary joint test system, the test project of test system and the hydraulic principle diagram of test system are designed, the spindle intensity is checked, the performance of hydraulic system was analyzed, the test system control and data acquisition are studied, and programmed by virtual instrument LabVIEW.In the design and research of the high-speed rotary joint hydraulic system, the high-speed rotary joint performance experiment needs to be explained, the hydraulic system schematic diagram and the control process of the experiment are proposed.The design of high-speed rotary joint spindle, includes the introduction of the finite element method and ANSYS software, the three-dimensional design of spindle, and the ANSYS software was used to check the spindle intensity.In the hydraulic system performance analysis, first of all, the simulation model of hydraulic system is established according to the principle of the hydraulic system diagram, then simulates the performance of the hydraulic system by AMESim software, simulates the swivel leakage to test the effects of system pressure, and analyzes with the result of the experiment.In order to complete the data acquisition and processing of pressure, torque and speed, the single chip processor is regarded as the main circuit component design. In order to complete the control of solenoid valve switch and motor switch, PLC is regarded as the main component in the circuit design, the RS-232 is regarded as the main components to complete the communication with PC.Through the virtual instrument LabVIEW programming, the purpose of control and acquisition is achieved.This experiment system can realize a high-speed rotary joint installation, and complete all test items, it fundamentally changes the previous test procedure, saves a lot of installation, disassembly and measuring time, reduces the labor intensity of the enterprise employees, improves the working efficiency. By using computer modeling and simulation, the design time is shorten and the reliability of the test system is improved.
