This dissertation developed a Labview-based dynamic characteristics testingdevice for rotary AC contactor. On the basis of the device, scores of tests on theprototype of rotary AC contactor CJ24-100had been done. After the detailed analysisof the test data and three-dimensional finite element analysis of the electromagneticmechanism of the prototype, hybrid artificial fish swarm optimization algorithm basedon mutation operator and simulated annealing was introduced to optimize theelectromagnetic mechanism.This dissertation mainly contains these following aspects:1. A dynamic testing device applicable to rotary AC contactor was developed,which contains non-contact sensor and signal acquisition circuit as well as dataacquisition board to collect the data of rotary AC contactor’s dynamic process. VirtualInstrument software Labview was used to develop the software control system andHMI in the upper computer. This testing device achieved accurate collection andreal-time display of rotaryAC contactor’s dynamic process.2. By the use of Labview-based rotary AC contactor dynamic characteristicstesting device, scores of tests had been done, comprehensive analysis of these test datawas carried out. The rotary AC contactor dynamic characteristics testing device andthe emphasized view of using statistics to process the data of dynamic testing laid thefoundation for improving the test level and developing high-performance products ofAC contactor.3. Taking rotary AC contactor CJ24-100’s twin-U electromagnetic mechanism asmodel, the corresponding three-dimensional model was built and finite elementanalysis was completed by the use of ANSYS.With the combination of ANSYS andmagnetic circuit calculation method, the mechanism’s dynamic process was simulatedand the accuracy of the simulation results was verified by the real-test data.4. With the combination of entropy theory and the improved analytic hierarchyprocess, combination properties of the prototype were evaluated. According to the evaluationresults,hybrid artificial fish swarm optimization algorithm based on mutation operatorand simulated annealing was introduced to optimize the electromagnetic mechanismand obtained satisfying result. The optimization result reduced the prototype’s volume and collision energy in its closing phase, enhanced its mechanical endurance.5. A preliminary probe into rotary AC contactor’s intelligentization was carriedout to improve its performance. The prototype’s consumption of energy during itsclosed phase and arc energy in its disjunction process was greatly reduced.In conclusion, by the comprehensive and in-depth study of rotary AC contactor’sdynamic testing, quality analysis and optimal design, this dissertation laid thefoundation for rotary AC contactor and other rotary electromagnetic apparatus’testingand analysis as well as their structural improvement.
